Shipping

All prices on our site where FREE SHIPPING is indicated, include free shipping to a standard commercial address in the contiguous US. For custom cases that exceed standard shipping dimensions, there may be additional charges, however we will notify you of those charges prior to processing your order.

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the US except:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • The Virgin Islands

While we will ship those locations, as well as some locations outside of the US, we are not able to offer free shipping. If you are located outside of our free shipping zone and would like to place an order, please contact us at (631)557-0000 to place your order and discuss shipping requirements.

Shipping Exclusions

Please note:  We do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, trade shows, venues, hotel guests, or storage facilities.

Additional Shipping Charges

Lift Gate / Residential Delivery / Limited Access - While we do offer free shipping on all our cases, customers are responsible for any lift gate, inside delivery, or limited access charges.

Shipments by Skids - If a commercial address cannot be obtained, there will be a $100 surcharge to ship to a residential address.

Priority Service Charge (PSC) – Most of our custom built cases ship within 5-10 business days. If  you need your order to ship sooner, an additional PSC  will be assessed and may apply. Please call us at (631)557-0000 to discuss prior to placing your order.

* Note about shipping costs - While we do cover the majority of shipping costs, please be aware that all oversized and truck shipments will be subject to a shipping surcharge. 

 

Warranty

Road Cases USA has been in business for over 35 years and we are committed to producing the highest quality cases at cost effective prices. We have grown to become one of the leading case manufacturers in the USA by developing products with a superior technical process and craftsmanship. We stand behind our products and are focused on customer satisfaction. We offer a Limited Warranty on any manufacturing defect for a period of one month after purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase. Our warranty entitles the original owner to either a replacement or repair of the product. This warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If you have an issue with your order, please call us as soon as possible at (631)557-0000 to discuss the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

Limited Warranty Information

Damage not Covered – The warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.

Moving Parts – The warranty covers moving parts that are subject to regular wear and tear, including but not limited to zippers, retractable handles, and wheels, for one month from the point of purchase. After one month, we will continue to offer field replaceable parts for the lifetime of the product.

Airline/Shipping Damage – The warranty does not cover damage caused by airline or freight company mishandling. Should the airlines or another carrier damage your product, a claim should immediately be filed with the carrier. Most carriers offer insurance against loss or damage.  We are happy to assist you file your claim by providing cost information on parts, repair, and replacement.

 

Voiding Your Warranty

The Road Cases USA warranty will be considered void if:

  • Any improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs are performed by a Non-Road Cases USA technician
  • The Road Cases USA products are used in a rental capacity

Returns

All of the cases listed on the site are custom made to order. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom cases. However, if you have a problem with one of our cases where Road Cases USA is at fault, please call us immediately. We will evaluate each situation to try to come up with a reasonable solution. We will do our best to satisfy you! Some authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
