This road case is constructed of 3/8" plywood with a hard PVC laminate on the outside and a bare wood interior measuring 46 3/4" x 20 3/4" x 26 1/2" (wood to wood). The travel case is assembled with heavy gauge aluminum extrusions machine split riveted throughout and the corners are protected by heavy gauge steel ball corners. All heavy duty catches and handles are spring loaded and recessed into the case for strength and shear resistance. The lid hinges open and there are also heavy duty 4" swivel casters included for easy mounting to the case. Casters are supplied with all fasteners necessary to install. The outside dimensions of this case is specifically made to fit multiples in a standard 90" wide truck.

good case, could use more rivits
The top edge of the sides have bare minimum rivets securing together. I would gladly have paid a little more for them.

You can fit four 50” TVs plus additional video equipment as needed. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the excellent customer service and pricing options. I like the construction and design, but it has probably a cheaper foam than I would select. The nice quality wheels are separate but install easily with a drill and nut driver. The free shipping really makes this a value, but the shipping is not as rapid as FedEx or UPS. Christine with Road CasesUSA was very helpful tracking the whereabouts of the cases when we needed assistance. I've paid a small fortune for a high quality case here or there, but for a standard economy trunk these are really good cases.
