Any mix of trunks, racks, AV and custom builds counts toward the fifty. Volume pricing, designs kept on file for reorders, blanket POs and scheduled releases. Typically about four weeks from design approval.

How long until I actually have it?
Stock cases ship in three to five business days. Custom builds get a quote back within one business day, and the manufacturing lead time is confirmed in writing on that quote. If you have a hard in-hand date, say so and we'll tell you straight away whether it's achievable.
What does a custom case actually cost?
Every custom case is priced by a person, not a calculator, and the figure comes back within one business day. What moves the price: panel surface area, plywood thickness (1/4", 3/8" or 1/2"), exterior finish, how much hardware is on the case, how much foam and partition work the interior needs, quantity, and freight to your ZIP. Stock cases on this page list their price outright.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Single-unit custom builds are our standard work, and always have been. If you need one case, we build one case. For fifty or more items in any mix of case types, volume pricing runs through the bulk program.
Stock case or custom, which do I need?
If your gear is a common size (a 12U rack, a 55" screen, a standard pedalboard), a stock case usually fits and ships in three to five business days. If the dimensions are odd, the rig is fixed, or you want cut foam and partitions, go custom. Not sure? Send the gear dimensions and we'll tell you which one.
How does freight work on a large case?
Small and accessory cases ship by parcel carrier. Anything large, heavy or on casters ships by LTL freight, usually strapped to a pallet and delivered to your curb or dock. Stock cases ship free within the lower 48 states. On custom builds, freight is quoted with the case, because it depends on the finished dimensions, the weight and the destination.
Can you cut foam to fit my gear exactly?
Yes. Dense foam holds a clean cut edge over time where soft foam eventually slumps, so a common build is a 1" or 2" dense foam base with soft foam above it as the crush layer. Pick a dense foam lining in the 3D designer and describe the layout in the notes, or send photos and dimensions with your quote request.
