      Our standard 3/8 in and 1/2 in builds are engineered for a minimum of 100 round trips through commercial air freight.

    Questions before you order

    How fast can I get a case for my show?

    Cases on this page ship in 15 business days, about three weeks. If your show is sooner than that, call 631-557-0000 or text 631-563-1181 before you order. We build cases to your dimensions and design in as little as a day, and rush service may carry a priority charge.

    Can you ship straight to the show?

    No. We ship to your business address, not to trade shows, venues or hotels. Have the case delivered to your shop or office and send it out with the rest of the booth.

    Which case fits my screen?

    Start with the diagonal. The adjustable cases cover 32 to 55 in, 45 to 70 in and 60 to 85 in, and the foam blocks reset if you change screens later. For anything else, send the dimensions and we build to the panel.

    What comes on the electric lift case?

    A remote controlled lift with 36 in of travel (49 in on the 81 to 90 in case), 3/8 in plywood, 4 recessed catches, 6 recessed handles, 4 in swivel casters with two locking, and a power inlet on the case. Lift cases are built to order for screens from 42 to 90 in.

    Is there a minimum order?

    No. One case is a normal order here. Fifty or more, in any mix, runs through the bulk program for volume pricing.

    How does freight work on a large case?

    Small cases ship by parcel carrier. Anything large or on casters ships by LTL freight, usually on a pallet. Free shipping covers a standard commercial address in the lower 48 states. Lift gate, residential and limited access delivery are extra. On custom builds, freight is quoted with the case.
