We ship to Hawaii & Alaska as well as internationally, but can only provide free shipping to the lower 48 US states at this time. Got my case as scheduled with one problem: there was a mix up with the dimensions and the case was not the right size for my amp head. I contacted the company and instead of placing blame, they apologized for the error and took ownership of the problem. They had someone pick up the case to be returned at my home (no return shipping fee) and built me a new case no questions asked, no extra charges. The new case fits perfectly and is exactly what I need to protect my amp to and from church several times a month. The case is constructed quite well and the cost was just right. If you are a touring musician and are going to be on the road I would upgrade to the more expensive cases. But for my needs and budget, this case is great. Thank you Frank for taking care of me!
